Being nine hours of the fifteenth of June of two thousand nine in Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua and the prosecutor Silvia Arlette Zamora Valdez, facilitator of the Centre for alternative justice, on the basis of in the article 30 of the Act of alternative criminal justice are brought Jorge Ramón Guadalupe Rivera López, University Professor, and Janet Nieri Villareal of craft trader, both married and residing in Paseo de Huerta 9917-C fraccionamiento Valle Verde in this city, declare that they have sustained negotiations so that she is to return to Jorge Rivera Lopez the amount of $10,000 (ten thousand pesos) that she stole from him according to the following clauses.
1. Janet Nieri Villareal undertakes to pay to Jorge Rivera Lopez the amount of ten thousand pesos in monthly payments of 1430 pesos starting June 30 of the present to conclude payments on December 30 this year.
2. Jorge Rivera López accepts the established payment conditions and be submitted on the date of the final payment in this center of alternative justice to grant forgiveness to Janet Nieri Villareal.
3. The criminal action against Janet Nieri Villareal will prescribe at the time of completing the agreed payments, according to article 37 of the law on alternative criminal justice.
4. The parties acknowledge that, there is no bad faith by any of the parties, the criminal action is barred by the end of the checkout process according to the article 38 of the Act of alternative criminal justice.
5. Both parties are to realize that non-compliance with what has been agreed will lead to prosecution channeling the case to the research specialized in property crimes unit.

Siendo las nueve horas del quince de Junio de dos mil nueve en Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua y ante la licenciada Silvia Arlette Zamora Valdez, facilitadora del Centro de Justicia alternativa, con fundamento en el articulo 30 de la Ley de Justicia Penal Alternativa comparecen Jorge Ramón Guadalupe Rivera López, profesor universitario, y Janet Nieri Villareal de oficio comerciante, ambos casados y con domicilio en Paseo de la Huerta 9917-C del fraccionamiento Valle Verde en esta ciudad, manifiestan que han sostenido negociaciones para que ella le devuelva a el la cantidad de $10,000 (diez mil pesos) que ella le robó de acuerdo a las siguientes cláusulas.
1. Janet Nieri Villareal se obliga a pagar a Jorge Rivera Lopez la cantidad de diez mil pesos en pagos mensuales de 1430 pesos empezando el 30 de Junio del presente hasta concluir los pagos el 30 de diciembre del presente año.
2. Jorge Rivera López acepta las condiciones de pago establecidas y se presentara en la fecha del pago final en este Centro de Justicia alternativa para otorgar el Perdón a Janet Nieri Villareal.
3. La acción penal en contra de Janet Nieri Villareal prescribirá en el momento de completar ella los pagos acordados, de acuerdo al artículo 37 de la Ley de Justicia Penal Alternativa.
4. Las partes reconocen que la, de no haber mala fe por ninguna de las partes, la acción penal prescribirá al concluir el proceso de pago de acuerdo al articulo 38 de la Ley de Justicia Penal Alternativa.
5. En este acto se aperciba a ambas partes de que en caso de incumplimiento con lo pactado se ejercerà acción penal canalizándose el caso a la Unidad de Investigación Especializada en Delitos Patrimoniales.

3. The criminal action against Janet Nieri Villareal will prescribe at the time of she returning to Jorge Rivera Lopez his home deeds, according to article 37 of the law on alternative criminal justice.

Siendo las nueve horas del quince de Junio de dos mil nueve en Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua y ante la licenciada Silvia Arlette Zamora Valdez, facilitadora del Centro de Justicia alternativa, con fundamento en el articulo 30 de la Ley de Justicia Penal Alternativa comparecen Jorge Ramón Guadalupe Rivera López, profesor universitario, y Janet Nieri Villareal de oficio comerciante, ambos casados y con domicilio en Paseo de la Huerta 9917-C del fraccionamiento Valle Verde en esta ciudad, manifiestan que han sostenido negociaciones para que ella le devuelva a el las escrituras de su casa que ella le robó de acuerdo a las siguientes cláusulas.
1. Janet Nieri Villareal se obliga a devolverle a Jorge Rivera Lopez las escrituras de su casa el 16 de Junio del presente año.
2. Jorge Rivera López se presentara en la fecha indicada a las doce del mediodía para recoger sus escrituras y en este Centro de Justicia alternativa para otorgar el Perdón a Janet Nieri Villareal.
3. La acción penal en contra de Janet Nieri Villareal prescribirá en el momento de ella devolver dichas escrituras, de acuerdo al artículo 37 de la Ley de Justicia Penal Alternativa.
4. Las partes reconocen que, de no haber mala fe por ninguna de las partes, la acción penal prescribirá al concluir la devolución de las escrituras mencionadas de acuerdo al artículo 38 de la Ley de Justicia Penal Alternativa.
5. En este acto se aperciba a ambas partes de que en caso de incumplimiento con lo pactado se ejercerá acción penal canalizándose el caso a la Unidad de Investigación Especializada en Delitos Patrimoniales.
